Fee structure
We know that our hiring systems and processes work. Therefore our fees are structured to take a percentage of the fees at 6 months to 12 months after the employee start date. this is individually negotiated with you, the client, according to the type and level of position and speed to ramp up specific to your business and expectations
Junior and mid level vacancies
Our business is fundamentally a consultancy dedicated to using data to create sales solutions for your business. Where you have reason to hire through our systems we can assist by managing your hiring process through our network of trusted partner or your trusted partners. They just follow our STAR process Screen, Assess, Interview, Submit.
Management and Specialist hires Many of these positions require sensitive and stealthy process. These we handle in house, confidentially approaching targetted candidates with your proposition.
All candidates are assessed using Express Screenstmbefore being finally shortlisted. We maintain close contact through face to face and telephone briefings
